TimeBlazr, LLC respects your individual privacy. Your privacy is very important, and any information collected by TimeBlazr, LLC from this site is held secure and confidential. We will not share your email address with anyone, and any personal information (such as your home address or credit card information) is only collected on secure servers and is stored in a PCI-compliant location.

You will only receive our newsletter or email updates if you have subscribed by entering your information yourself and “opted in.” You may “opt out” from these emails at any time. We promise to adhere to fair electronic information practices and will not electronically process your personal information in any way that is incompatible with your privacy.

We get to know you primarily through the information you provide when signing up for the free newsletter or for TimeBlazr products, programs, or services. The information you provide ranges from basic contact information, to payment information, to the technical coordinates of your host servers. All of the information we request from you when purchasing a TimeBlazr program or service is obligatory unless otherwise noted on the relevant form.

After you have signed up for TimeBlazr products, programs, or services, we may communicate with you about your account, technical questions you may have about services provided by us, or any other matter relating to those services. Those communications are essential to our relationship with you and to our ability to provide you with quality services that are responsive to your needs. At the same time, those communications give us helpful insights about you, your preferences, and the ways in which we might improve our services. We therefore may maintain this information for future use.

For operational and quality assurance purposes, we take note of whether and how you use the information and services that we provide, such as by recording site traffic patterns and by maintaining log files of users’ access to site files.

The information we receive from or about you is stored on systems designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of that information.

Information the TimeBlazr App Collects

When you create a profile and use the TimeBlazr app, we collect the following information:

  • Your name.
  • Your address.
  • Your birth information (your date and time of birth), which is used only to calculate and personalize your TimeBlazr calendar.
  • Your payment card information. Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, in a PCI-compliant environment. Your card number is masked (X’d out) in our records, and we do not retain your full card number.

We use this information solely to provide and personalize the TimeBlazr service, to process your purchase, and to communicate with you about your account. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, such as Stripe for payment processing, Go High Level for client communication, and Google Workspace (Gmail) for customer service and correspondence. We do not sell this information.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are a client. When you are no longer a client, we remove your personal information from our database.

Confidentiality of Intellectual Property

Participant agrees not to infringe on any of TimeBlazr, LLC’s copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property rights. Participant also agrees they will not disclose such information to any other person; that all materials and information provided in TimeBlazr products, programs, and services are the confidential and proprietary intellectual property of, and belong solely and exclusively to, TimeBlazr, LLC, and may only be used by Participant as authorized by TimeBlazr, LLC; and that the reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone other than TimeBlazr, LLC is strictly prohibited.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we begin using analytics tools. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
